I guarantee this Samoyed to the best of my knowledge to be sound body, good health, and free of any communicable disease at the time of sale/placement.  The client shall have 10 days from the  date of this contract to have the puppy checked by the veterinarian of their choice.  If at this time, the veterinarian finds any serious illness, the puppy can be returned to White Magic Samoyeds for a replacement or refund at the discretion of White Magic Samoyeds.

to begin its registered name with the AKC.

It is agreed to that no puppy sold by White Magic Samoyeds will ever be tied to a tree or left in any inhumane situation.   _____INITIAL   _____INITIAL

Owner agrees to take care of puppy (food, water, veterinarian care, etc.) to the best of there ability. If this is unable to happen, White Magic Samoyeds reserves the right to repossess the puppy with no refund.  _____INITIAL   _____INITIAL

PET PUPPIES

If pet puppy; this puppy will be guaranteed against any eye diseases and against crippling hip dysphasia and any genetic health problems

until 24 months of age.  It is recommended if there is a concern about the puppy’s health, the puppy should be taken to a veterinarian

immediately to confirm the issue at hand.  Replacements or refunds will occur only after issue is confirmed by White Magic Samoyeds has

written notification from a veterinarian that the dog has been sterilized.

All Pet puppies are required to be spayed/neutered within 1 year of this sale unless your state requires early but no early than 6 months of age, a year would be preferable due to the continuing structure development. For best health purposes one year is recommended.

SHOW PUPPIES ONLY

If a show puppy; this Samoyed will be guaranteed to the age of 24 months against any disqualifying faults as named by the AKC standard (see standard on site).  It is also guaranteed to be free of any genetic disease.  This disease must be the result of genetic origin and not the result of environmental conditions (poor nutrition, accidental, or illness).  Before being used for breeding purposes, the dog must pass all genetic health tests.  Should the dog fail any of these tests, the dog will be replaced with the next available puppy.  This replacement will occur only after White Magic Samoyeds has written notification from a veterinarian that the dog has been sterilized.

Before this Samoyed can be used for breeding purposes, the following criteria must be met:

  

1. This dog must clear all genetic diseases (OFA, CERF, RD/OSD. PRA, Thyroid)

2. 2.The dog must obtain its AKC Championship – unless written permission is obtained from White Magic Samoyeds.

3. Client agrees to provide regular veterinarian care, proper food, water, shelter, and adequate companionship.  Client also agrees that this Samoyed and its offspring will not be used to produce offspring intended for or sold to any pet shop, wholesale, or retail outlet, dog agent or dog dealer, or dog fighting places or people. _____INITIAL   ____INITIAL

4. 4.Client agrees to give White Magic Samoyeds first option to purchase Samoyed if Client intends to sell or give away this Samoyed.  Client

5. 5.Client understands when they purchase a show Samoyed from White Magic Samoyeds it is with the understanding that this Samoyed will be shown to its AKC championship prior to breeding.  Client agrees this Samoyed will only be bred to Samoyeds of show quality and free of disqualifying faults and genetic disease.  (OFA’d & CERF’d). _____INITIAL   ____INITIAL
   

6. 6.Offspring of this Samoyed shall not be sold with breeding privileges unless they are of show quality.  Companions are to be sold with a spay/neuter agreement and with no breeding privileges on the AKC registration papers.  _____INITIAL   ____INITIAL
   

7. Client understands he/she/they is solely responsible for this Samoyed and to indemnify and hold harmless White Magic Samoyeds from any and all claims of liability for the conduct of this Samoyed on or after the date of this contract.

Violation of this contract damages the goodwill and reputation of White Magic Samoyeds and the Samoyed breed in general.  Breach of this contract can result in repossession without reimbursement. _____INITIAL   ___INITIAL
